Specialising in the rapid development of bespoke CRM applications and business telecoms solutions, Jon’s earned his title because he is very well… technical! You will often find him hidden away in the back room working hard on an exciting new software that helps to streamline business.

Conor Clarke – Head of SEO

Even when there are pressing deadlines in the office you can always rely on Conor to keep his cool whilst never failing to deliver on time and to a high-standard! Moreover, when it comes to SEO and Google’s algorithms, Conor is your man. He is constantly striving for more and is set to start a Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship this year!

Thomas Dorsett – Social Media/Marketing Executive

Coming on board as part of the digital marketing team, Thom is forever bringing fresh ideas to the table. His enthusiastic personality comes across in the content that he produces for both our own digital marketing and our clients! On a day to day basis, he works closely with Conor on both Social Media and SEO.

Liam Wright – Lead Developer

Liam is a valued member of Team Mo. Since starting in August 2017 Liam has worked hard and is continuously upping his game to keep up with the ever-changing digital realm.

When a technical website query arises, we can always rely on Liam to either already know how to solve the problem, or make it his job to research the issue and then fix it!

As if all of this wasn’t enough, he always works closely with the Website Development team to ensure that website deadlines and client expectations are met to a high standard.

Nathan Heyes – Web Designer

Don’t let Nathan’s ‘quiet’ facade fool you… he is quick witted and will leave you stunned with his come backs. As well as keeping us all laughing, he’s the Jack of all trades in the office. He mainly designs and builds websites but is also a whizz on Photoshop and is full of creative ideas!

James Brewer – Junior Web Designer

Coming on board in 2019 to help support Liam and Nathan with Website Development, James has shown consistency and growth in his performance from the get-go. He’s a team player through and through and has played a key role in designing some of our key client’s websites. With a degree in Web Design and Development from Edge(y) Hill University and an appetite to learn new things, James is a credit to the Mosaic team!

Matt Gordon – I.T. Support Engineer

Working closely with Jon and the rest of Team Mo, Matt is the first line of support for our clients. Using a ticket system to keep track of any support issues, he works hard to diagnose and fix any I.T., email, hosting and desktop support issues as well as working with Ingrid to keep clients updated of progress.
